GERHARD A.SCHIEWE AND DOROTHEE GURSKI -Astor Piazzolla Tango night
Astor Piazzolla, the defining tango composer of the present time and the inventor of Tango Nuevo, has not only composed fantastic tangos and freed the tango from the role of exclusive dance music, but has also succeeded in bringing together classical musicians, jazz musicians and world musicians on stage.
Cellist Dorothee Gurski (Orchester der Staatsoper Berlin) and Accordionist Gerhard A. Schiewe (musician, arranger and composer), will play compositions by Astor Piazzolla and other composers with two instuments whose sound melts and takes the listener into another world.

CLAUDIA OLENDROWICZ AND BRUNO DI LECCE.
Bruno Di Lecce (1980, Matera, Italy) and Claudia Olendrowicz (1983, Königs Wusterhausen, Germany) is an artist duo whose research is focused on space and identity. By means of painting, sculpture and video, they are reflecting on the way identity is constructed. How and in which way spaces, environments, as well as our habits and customs influence us to that what we are. They built images related to space and at the same time questioning the nature of the image itself.
